About Us

Boyd has owned and operated a garden supplies manufacturing business which serviced Melbourne, Victoria and parts of New South Wales for over 30 years. He supplied Woolworths, Australian Independent Wholesalers, Payless, Coles, Bunnings, Multicrop, Yarra Valley Water, Garden Supplies and Nurseries during this time. He has a well respected reputation for his knowledge and honesty within the bark, mulch and soils industries, excellent customer relations and service and the ability to produce and market quality products.

More recently, he has concentrated on sales for a large mulch supplier throughout Victoria, increasing their turnover by over a third within one year. Boyd‘s well established customer base includes Shire Councils, Landscapers, Property Developers, The Kindergarten Association as well as Garden Supplies. He is very aware of the needs of these people and the potential for “Blow It Mulch” to serve these in ways that no other company can at this time.

Brad has grown up in the family business which manufactured and distributed soils and mulches throughout Melbourne, Victoria and parts of New South Wales for 30 years. Brad qualified and worked in Carpentry and operated his own carpentry business before diversifying into the mulch blowing business where he has worked as Team Leader for two years.

Brad is known for his outstanding customer relations, employee training, leadership and supervision, on-site problem solving and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Brad has had experience measuring up and quoting jobs as well as customer liaison at all stages of the work. He is extremely dedicated, highly motivated and totally confident that this will be a highly successful business.

Martin has grown up in the family bark, mulch and soil business and has continued this by initially working for the family business which supplied Melbourne and Victoria and then for a large mulch supplier as Yard Manager for more than six years. Martin has knowledge about the manufacture of quality soil mixes, quality mulches, grinding, mulching, colouring and composting surpassed by few. His outstanding operating and organisational skills are widely recognised.

Bek has been involved in the operations of our company since we began operations, so her experience and helpful and friendly manner will mean that you will get the best service possible every time you deal with us.

Lyn has been responsible for the bookwork for the family business for more than 30 years and continues in this role for “Blow It Mulch.” Kylie and Lyn manage the accounts and company records as a team.
